Phase 1 : Current markets performance check

we first get to know your company's performance in the international markets it is currently managing, to see whether we can help you  gain additional market share or increase profitability in those markets. We do this by analyzing

  • Governmental policies, regulations and political factors that may have or can affect your business in those markets

  • Distributors/ agents performance & the factors influencing it

At the end of this phase we produce a report with our suggestions for performance improvement in the markets you currently serve.

Phase 2: 

​

we then proceed to analyse which new international markets could well-receive your products and to study the feasible market entry options by conducting a Market Research (service also offered on a standalone basis):

  • Context analysis

  • Direct & Indirect competitor analysis, for each market

  • Product-related cultural/local preferences study for each market or area considered (when applicable)

  • Direct in person visits to prospects, potential distributors, agents etc. 

  • Technical requirements & compliance analysis

After phase 2 is competed you will receive a detailed report on how we advise you to proceed in order to enter each target markets successfully. We can then proceed to the action fase: the implementation.

Phase 3: Implementation

Now you will be able to touch first-hand further growth with GA, proceeding with the implementation, in every new market, of an intense and aggressive sales developement project, through :

  • Shipment of product samples to be tested for market feedback
