Phase 1 : Export Readiness Check

  • National and international sales experience

  • Supply chain, know how, production capacity and more

  • Motivations, expectations and needs to expand abroad

  • Willingness to invest and risk-aversity level

If your business is ready for international growth we pass directly on to Phase 2.  Otherwise we provide a detailed feedback on how to get ready for exporting.

Phase 2: Market Analysis (service also offered on a stand-alone basis)

​

we then proceed to analyse the external environment in order to understand which  markets are the best fit specifically for your products/services by conducting:

​

  • Context analysis

  • Direct & Indirect competitor analysis

  • Product-related cultural/local preferences study for each market or area considered (when applicable)

  • Direct in person visits to prospects, potential distributors, agents etc. 

  • Technical requirements & compliance analysis

  • Distribution channels evaluation

After phase 2 is competed you will receive a detailed report on how we advise you to proceed in order to enter one or more target markets successfully. We can then proceed to the action fase: the implementation.

Phase 3: Implementation

Now you will be able to touch firsthand the foreign market/s together with GA, proceeding with:

  • Additional meetings with prospects, potential agents/distributors

  • Shipment of product samples to be tested for market feedback

  • Adaptations of product and/or strategy based on real market feedback

  • Selection of agents/distributors

  • Formulation and closing of Agreements and negotiations with agents/distributors

  • Creation of a customer portfolio

  • Training of an internal resource for management of purchase orders
